Medical-aesthetic treatments are professional services rather than physical products and cannot be returned once performed. Each procedure is recommended and carried out according to professional assessment, patient consent and individual medical judgement.
1. Nature of the service
Treatments provided by the clinic are individualized medical and aesthetic services. They are not physical products that can be returned, exchanged or refunded once performed.
Before recommending a procedure, Dr. Agustina Alvarez assesses each case, listens to the patient’s goals and explains the available alternatives, realistic expectations and aftercare.
2. Bookings and appointments
Care is provided by appointment. In some cases, the clinic may request a deposit to reserve the appointment, particularly for treatments that require more schedule time, preparation or specific use of medical devices.
Booking an appointment means that the time slot is reserved specifically for that patient.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know through WhatsApp as far in advance as possible. This allows us to reorganize the schedule and offer the appointment to another patient.
- Appointments may be rescheduled subject to clinic availability.
- When a deposit has been paid, it may be transferred to a new date if the cancellation is communicated with reasonable notice.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of the deposit or require a new booking.
4. Treatments already performed
Once a treatment has been performed, a monetary refund does not apply because the professional service has already been provided. Results from medical-aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person and depend on individual factors such as anatomy, skin type, metabolism, habits, age, medical history and aftercare.
When appropriate, follow-up visits will be recommended to assess progress and determine whether the plan needs adjustment.
5. Physical products, if applicable
If a physical product is ever supplied or sold, any claim regarding a defect should be reported within a reasonable period, with the product available for inspection and the corresponding proof of purchase. The clinic will assess each case individually.
This section does not apply to treatments already performed, injections, medical-aesthetic procedures or professional services.
6. Contraindications or changes in medical indication
If an assessment identifies a contraindication, a relevant medical condition or a professional reason not to perform a treatment, the clinic may modify, postpone or cancel the recommendation. Patient safety takes priority over any prior booking.
7. Communication
For questions about appointments, rescheduling or specific situations, WhatsApp is the main contact channel.
